If your WEEX account is locked due to multiple incorrect password attempts when you logged in, contact customer support at @weikecs on Telegram for assistance. Alternatively, use the AI customer service in the bottom-right corner of the WEEX website. Provide your User ID (UID) in the chat, and the AI will connect you to a live agent to handle your request.
To unlock your account, submit:

  1. One of: [UID/Phone number/Email]
  2. A photo of your [ID card] with a handwritten note stating: "Today is [Year, Month, Day]. I am [Name], UID is [XXX], I want to unfreeze my WEEX account, and I confirm this is my action."
